Are you sure you have enough free storage space available on your primary storage drive to install your game? (the drive that holds your Windows installation).

It has more that 20gb of space when the game is only 3 gb, u got any other clues?
Thanks for the help regardless

Maybe a bad dump. Try redumping your game (preferably in the .3ds or .cxi format). Please refer to our game dumping guides:

Dumping Game Cartridges
Dumping Installed Titles

Make sure your GM9 is up to date and that you have enough free storage space available on your SD-Card to perform the dump.

Other than that, maybe these are signs of a corrupted Windows installation or of storage drive failure. The log file throws a bunch of odd characters after trying to install your .cia file. Which means it encountered something unexpected whilst installing.

You can check for the corrupted Windows installation through these steps (if you’re comfortable using the command line). Make sure you don’t do anything with your PC whilst you’re going through this process:

Type cmd into your search bar, then right click it when it pops up and select Run as administrator

Type in sfc /scannow and press the Enter key:

After that’s done doing it’s thing, restart your PC (Start → Restart) and see if you caninstall the .cia file now.
If that doesn’t work, open up the command prompt (cmd.exe) as an administrator again, type in DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth:

Press the Enter key and wait until it’s done, then reboot your PC once gain (Start → Restart). Now run the command prompt (cmd.exe) as administrator one last time and do another sfc /scannow, followed by a reboot once more (Start → Restart).
Now test the .cia installation again.

Tried everything, u said including redumping the rom, does it have anything to do with citra settings myabe?

Nothing in Citra’s settings affects .cia installations themselves.

Though are you sure you followed the dumping guides I posted? Those do not have you dump your game as a .cia file, rather as a .cxi or .3ds file (which you don’t need to install to use).
