The screen gets black but Pokémon AS keeps playing in the background

Issue:
I start the game and choose the language but in the first cutscene the screen gets black but i can still hear the game.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from Intel’s website. Support for Intel® Graphics
  • Please enable the Vsync option if you are experiencing screen tearing.

After I catch a pokemon my screen goes black. I can still hear the music and sound tho. My game also freezes from time to time.
