Whenever i start the game ‘Pokemon Ultra Sun’, the game starts and after i click on load the save, everything goes black. What should I do to solve this problem? Please help if you can.

bro i got another problem, sometimes in between, the game gets struck on a frame while the keys and sounds keep working. when i restart the game, citra crashes. but when i start citra again, the game works fine but the freeze happens again in 1-2 mins.
