Any chance the patreon will get updated moving forward or is that abandoned?

Hello, I use a Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 for gaming and some emulation. I’m wondering if any one knows if Vulkan 1.1 on this device would work for Citra?

I know Opengl and DirectX run really well on my Nvidia Shield, how ever the few PC games I’ve tried on Geforce Now using Vulkan have run poorly which is why I am curious if any one has a comment. My Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 has Vulkan 1.1.

I just managed to update my drivers for both my GPU and CPU, and not only was I able to get Citra to finally work again, I was able to get it to work with Vulkan! Now it consistently runs between 94 and 100 percent speed with minimal lag!

If anybody wants to run Citra with Vulkan, then you need to:

  1. Download the Vulkan SDK and install it.
  2. Open the Vulkan configurator, included with the SDK
  3. Add Citra to the Apps list.
  4. Enjoy!
