There are these black triangles ruining my experience

Issue:
In Pokemon Moon, whenever I enter the pokemon center, black triangles flicker across the top screen. They can range from single triangles, to multiple, to whole patches of the screen and even sometimes the entire top screen. I’m trying to record pokemon content and I’m worried about people with epilepsy getting hurt by it
