Tomadachi life audio not working

When I boot up tomadachi life the audio doesn’t work at all. Ive tried switching emulation modes but it doesn’t help, and just makes the game run unbearably slow. Ive also played with the audio preferences not only from citra preferences but on my Mac. Sometimes when I reset the output to auto it works for a couple seconds, then goes silent again. I also had the static noise issue I heard about once with a mii, when I reset the audio again and it started working for those couple seconds, the mii spoke and it was nightmare fuel.

The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder (Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close Citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart Citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.
