Tomodachi life fatal error encountered

All i did was change the resolution on my tomodachi life, then i restarted the game, and now it is giving me the fatal error message and telling me to do a whole bunch of stuff that i do not understand how to do. it is not allowing me to attach anything. I am trying to follow these instructions down to a T, but it says file size too big. THEN, it says to upload it here and im trying but it wont let me so i am lost. please for the love of all that is holy, help me. i do not want to lose ANY of my information from my game.

i have dragged and dropped it and it said the file size was too large. what am i supposted to do

it says that there is an error uploading the file. what am i supposted to do here man. no one is helping me

i am unable to upload anything. it just tells me the file size is too large or to try again. is there a phone number or can i please speak with a real life 100% fully organic human being please? because nothing is working and i have received one whole unhelpful response from a bot. i mean come on guys!!!

The log file doesn’t mention anything about a fatal error. However, it does show an out of date GPU driver:
GL_VERSION: 4.3.0 - Build 27.20.100.8681
^ This driver is out of date. To update, download and install gfx_win_101.2115.exe from Intel® 6th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows
