Tomodachi Life Fatal Error, Please Help

Everytime I open the game it tells me there’s an error, and when I say continue it won’t load.
Last time it worked I deleted the in-game save file, you know when you delete the island to restart? well how do remove all save file things on the game so that it lets me play again
