Did you perhaps dump your system files using ThreeSD?
If so open up Citra, then go to
File>Open Citra Folder. Open up the
nand folder, then open the
00040030 folder and delete the
0000C802 (if US) or
00009802 (if EUR) folder found in here. Then try your game again.
