So tomodachi life textures (when you do minigames with a mii) wont load and are just white.

You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from AMD’s website. https://www.amd.com/en/support

You should turn off dump textures and delete the dump folder (accessed by File → Open Citra Folder). Otherwise you will get thousands of images taking up unnecessary space on your drive.

Shouldn’t be but your frame time is exactly 16.66ms while having 100% speed which suggests vsync is at work. If you don’t want that you can turn off vsync in the Advanced graphics settings (game must be turned off first).
Maybe also clear Shader Cache by deleting the shader folder which you can access by File → Open Citra Folder.
