I found some issues in that log that need resolving:

  • You are running default Windows drivers for your GPU. You need to install the proper drivers for your graphics card from the manufacturer’s website.
  • The ROM you are attempting to run is encrypted. Look here for instructions on how to properly dump ROMs from your 3DS. https://citra-emu.org/wiki/dumping-installed-titles/
