Issue: Video Core Error Description of Issue: When I first tried it, it was smooth and went fine. Then it crashed and I opened it again and it showed me a video core error. I have restarted my laptop and the same problem occurs.

You do not have a driver that supports OpenGL 3.3, it’s running version 1.1, this is exceedingly far behind. Please update your GPU drivers from the manufacturers website (do not use windows update utility)
You will need to figure out who made your graphics card (intel, nvidia, or AMD) and go to their website, and use their update tools, or manually download the one that matches your card model.
