Tomodachi Life Voices are Static

Issue:
Enter a description of your issue here, in full detail.
Hi there! I’ve been running Tomodachi Life on my new M1 Macbook Pro. I was running on Canary 1862 and everything worked fine. I updated to 1979 because my mii had a baby and when the mii called me to ask me to babysit, the game would crash. On 1979 that doesn’t happen, however, every time a mii talks, it’s replaced with this loud static sound. I know that Citra isn’t suited for the M1 chip yet, but I’m hoping this might be a fixable issue since the voices were fine on an older version of Canary.

As you mentioned yourself, Citra doesn’t officially support the new M1 Macs. Similarly, because none of our devs or other staff members own an M1 Mac device, we can’t test anything out. Nor can we find fixes for issues specific to M1 Mac devics. Sorry for the inconvenience.
