Trade between emulators

Hi all,

Massive thanks for the program, only just started using it and absolutely loving it.

I had a technical question, rather than a problem… Is it possible to trade pokemon between Ultra Moon on Citra and my old Soul Silver game on another emulator so that I can keep my team?

Many thanks in advance if anyone can advise.
