Transfeering save file data from animal crossing new leaf

I’ve been playing animal Crossing new leaf on citra for a long time now, but I downloaded it in the no updated version [without welcome amiibo update], wich I just found out about.
My town is aready well developted, and I’m super afraid of losing it, so I wonder if there’s a way to transfeer my save file from the Animal Crossing game I’ve been playing to a Animal Crossing welcome amiibo game, on citra still, in a safely way, of course
