Transfer A Animal Crossing New Leaf Town To Welcome Amiibo Version (PC Only)?

Trying to transfer Animal Crossing New Leaf save file to Welcome Amiibo version.:

So a few weeks ago I started playing Animal Crossing New Leaf on my PC (my 3ds broke but a new one would be super expensive). Only yesterday I realized that I didn’t have the Welcome Amiibo version. So I did some digging through Reddit threads, the threads on here, etc. But all of them either had deleted users or were just people asking and not getting answers back, etc, etc, etc.

So that’s why I need YOU (Uncle Sam Image goes here) to help me out. Theirs obviously no crash log, so I left that empty.

If you did not dump your version 1.5 game update before your 3DS died, you’re out of luck.
