Transfer citra game save to (3)DS

Issue:
Hello dear community.

I am currently playing Pokemon Ultra SUn on Citra.
I also own this game on the 3DS. But I find it much more relaxed to play it on the Citra. Nevertheless I would like to transfer my progress to the 3DS at some point, so that I can transfer the caught Pokemon to the Pokemon Bank and Pokemon Home.

Are there any possibilities? What do I need to do? Are there already tutorials available?
