Im thinking about getting Citra on my phone so i can play games on the go (you may say, “just use your 3ds”, but it’s broken. Why else would I have Citra-). Is it possible to transfer the save game data from PC to Android?
Well you need access to a working Nintendo 3DS to be able to dump your purchased games 
Yes, you can transfer. Copy sdmc folder from %appdata%\Citra into citra-emu folder on your phone.
i mean, yeah, my 3ds works, but the cracked screen is funky, and i prefer using citra to play games now- lol. And, ok! thanks.
