Transfer Pokemon data from Citra version downloaded from CH Play to version latest downloaded manual from website

Issue:
I’m playing Pokemon Y on Android currently on Citra version downloaded from CH Play. I have recently known that version from CH Play is too old so I deleted that version and have downloaded latest nightly Citra from the website. However my whole progress i play on CH Play version is kinda not transferred and i have to play from the begin.

Notes:

  • The save is still there even i comeback to play on CH Play version (i deletes the latest version and download again the CH Play version).

So I want to ask how to transfer my Pokemon Y data to the new Citra version.

CH Play appears to be some apk of the google play store that was modified? Doubting the legality on that one, but regardless, Citra normally installs to Internal Storage/citra-emu. Make sure to select that folder for that user folder, as that’ll have your save files.
