Trouble getting token

Issue:
Hi, I’m having issues getting a token from the citra website. It keeps giving me a prompt that says the following:

“User profile error. Please login to the community forums and then refresh this page.”

I made quite a few accounts to see if it was just because I made the account with google to no avail. Is this a problem with my account or with the back-end? In any case, I need some guidance here.

Same issue. It tells me to refresh even tho I do.

We recently had a backend server issue which has been resolved. Please check and see if you can properly retrieve a token now.

I’m still seeing the issue on my end, unfortunately. I’ll just be patient until it gets resolved completely if it is a back-end issue.

@OmarSai @Aymorus If you attempt to login to the forums, then logout, then log back in once more, then navigate to https://profile.citra-emu.org/ do you see that page load? If not we’ll have to manually fix you server side.

I am having this same issue, after logging out and back in it is still not working

After looking at other forum posts there are people posting about this within in the last hour, so I will presume it is a temporary issue

The issue should’ve been resolved.
