Hi! Sorry if this is a common issue, but nothing I saw seemed to describe exactly what I had going on, or had causes that aren’t the case with me (using mods, having citra updated, etc). I’ve been using Citra for a year with no problems, but recently, something happened where my computer marked some critical Citra files (something with Qt in the name) as risky, and deleted them without telling me, which made Citra break down. Once I figured that out and redownloaded Citra, I thought I was all set, and I was able to open the game without issue. The next time however, Citra would just close once I clicked on the game with no error message or anything.
I’ve tried looking in the log, and looking on here to see if I can make sense of it, but I just can’t, and there isn’t anything in my computer’s security tab where certain files are disabled/not permitted or anything like that that could be causing it. I’m also on the most recent Nightly build, but I didn’t update between the last time I played successfully. Any help would be appreciated!
Edit: For clarity, I can open all of my other games without issue, it’s JUST this one that doesn’t work, and I also have tried to redownload the rom, but that hasn’t helped. Also if it matters, I got the DLC for it as well, but I’ve had that for as long as I’ve had the game, but I thought it couldn’t hurt to mention.
