Trying to post a log file - Error message

Issue:
I keep trying to post a log file but I keep getting an error message anytime I drag it, copy and paste, or just upload it.

I just have an issue with Citra dropping to 0 fps whenever I play Fire Emblem Fates - Special Edition (EUR). When I have a dialogue with Flora to recruit her or attempt to skip it, the application/game freezes, the speed drops anywhere below 10%, and my computer crashes.

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

Cannot upload it even when following those exact directions.

You shouldn’t be messing with the CPU Clock Speed slider unless you know what you’re doing. Set that back to 100%.

As for your current problem, it appears to be caused by a faulty dump. You’ll need to redump your game. Please refer to our game dumping guides:

Make sure your GM9 is up to date and that you have enough free storage space available on your SD-Card to perform the dump.
