Ultra Moon slowing down a lot

Issue:
Enter a description of your issue here, in full detail.
The game slows down quite a lot after any effect or transition, and stays slow for a few seconds. Is there a shader cache or something that needs to be built up?

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10 build 1803

  • CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2667 v3 *

  • GPU: Quadro P5000 *

  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Canary 1356

  • Game: Pokemon Ultra Moon

  • Screenshot of Issue (include the full Citra window including titlebar):

  • I am running on a cloud gaming service/VPS type thing called Shadow so I likely don’t have the full CPU to myself, and it is virtualized somewhat. Could this be causing the issues? I know it does affect virtual machines and they are basically unbearably slow, but does Citra use the same CPU features etc that virtual machines use to increase performance?

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

Not currently, so these types of slowdown are to be expected.
