Ultra Sun Black Screen on Launch

Issue:
My copy of Ultra Sun was working just fine, until I tried to delete the save in-game (holding up+b+x at the title screen). Now upon launch all it displays is a black screen at 0FPS.
Things I’ve tried to fix this: Updating my GPU, deleting the save folder, uninstalling/reinstalling the 1.20 update. Black screen persists on both Canary and Nightly versions of Citra.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You are running out of date drivers for your GPU. You need to install the most recent driver for your graphics card from NVIDIA’s website. https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.
  • You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.

Attempted fixes above, no luck. New log file here:

Delete the save folder by right clicking on the game then Open Save Data Location, go back to the 00040000 folder and delete 001b5000 folder. Restart the game and see if that fixes it.

The 001b5000 folder has been deleted. Restarted Citra, opened game, still just a black screen. No luck.

Ok, upload a new log please.

This is a sign of a corrupted rom or update, follow the guides below to redump the game. Have at least 4GB free space on your Nintendo 3DS’s SD card:

Fixed. Had to uninstall the update, redump the game, and then reapply the update. Thanks for your help.
