Fill in the rest of the information, especially the CPU. In your log we can see that the GPU is Intel HD 520 with outdated drivers so that’s most likely the problem.

so i just need to update the drivers?

update: i cant update it. is there any other way to fix it? it was working perfectly fine until about a month ago, thats when i last played it. all other games work fine too.

Please tell me the model name of your CPU. You can for example find that information at dxdiag, properties on “This PC” or under processors in Device Manager. You can also install Speccy.

An example: https://windowshelper.co/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/System-2018-04-24-19.50.00-1.png

is this what u mean?

Yup that’s it. Hm I recently read that Intel has been doing a big shift with their drivers that you can read about here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000031275/graphics-drivers.html

I’m a bit unsure if it’s a good idea to proceed since I have no experience about these new drivers.

Oh :[

and btw i tried disabling hardware shader and my game works! but its laggy asf and when i enable it again, the game stops again

i can still hear music

That’s an evidence that the problem is with your GPU. If you wish to update to these new drivers make sure you have all updates from Windows Update first such as Creators Update October 2018.

i think i have it updated but the problem is that the graphics driver is a customized one and hence i cant update it automatically. im a bit unsure about installing the new dch drivers as if it messes up its hard to fix

ok so it works again after i updated citra to nightly 1185
