Ultra sun crashes after kukui videocalls

Issue: After i load in ultra sun, it crashes on the video call as shown in the screenshot

In nightly as i open ultra sun, it doesn’t crash when i run the game but it crashes during the video call and closes automatically. This issue happened before with canary but i deleted everything and re downloaded and tried with nightly.

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows 10
  • CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i3-6006U CPU @ 2.00GHz 2.00 GHz
  • GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 520
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Nightly 1850
  • Game: Pokemon Ultra Sun

same here, i also crashes here

The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder (Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close Citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart Citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.
