Unable to connect to the host, Aplha Sapphire

I tried playing Pokemon Alpha Sapphire with a firend and it says “Unable to connect to the host”, we tried already sometimes or reading the old topic from dec 2018, help would be appreciated

Whoever is the host of the room needs to enable port forwarding on their router. They should refer to their router manual on how to do this. You need to host the room yourself, Citra does not do this for you.
