Close citra, open qt-config.ini on C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Citra\config find the section [WebService] delete all lines in it and save the file. open citra and input your username and token again, verify it. close citra and open again. try hosting a room now.

also make sure that on ‘Windows Firewall with advanced security’ on the tab ‘inboud’ you must have 2 entries for citra-qt.exe (there are created automatically). also add an exception on your antivirus (including defender) for citra-qt.exe and citra-room.exe.
