Underclocking CPU causes audio to mute itself

Hey guys; just got a bug here that the developers might be interested here in.
When I underclock the CPU in Fire Emblem Awakening cutscenes to 60%, it eliminates lag, but at the same time it completely mutes the audio.
Would you say its a problem with my computer just not being powerful enough, a citra bug, or some other issue?
System info is below
Thanks for the help!

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.
