Upper screen is black in every game

So I’ve tried running 3ds roms in latest citra build but the upper part of the screen is always black
other than the single screen layout.

Your drivers are very outdated(from 2014), update them here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28163/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-?product=84697

Since you are on a laptop you will most likely run into the issue with “not validated” in that case you will need to follow: https://howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/
For this you need to download the .zip version in the first link I gave you then just follow the steps at howtogeek to install them.
