with citra closed open the folder
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Citra\config and delete the qt-config.ini file, open citra and input your username (forum username) and token again.
The user can just use the “Reset all Settings” button here, but I’m not sure if resetting the settings will even do anything in this case.
