Video Core Error: Can't play pokemon Moon

When i launch Pokemon Moon … a dialog box pops up and says “Citra has encountered an error while running the video core…Ensure that you have the latest drivers for your GPU”

Your GPU does not meet the minimum requirements for Citra. HD 3000 only has OpenGL 3.1, while Citra requires OpenGL 3.3.
