Vulkan error to initalize the video core

Hello, i wanted to play yuzu with Vulkan to see if i can get better performance on Pokemon Let’s Go but he tell’s me yuzu_log.txt (8.1 KB) that he can’t initialize the video core. I checked the log and found that my GPU is not suitable for Vulkan. Does the quadro series is not compatible or my gpu is too old ?

Specs :
Yuzu : 189
OS : Windows 10 Pro
CPU : i5-4330M
GPU : Quadro K3100M
RAM : 16GB DDR3

(Edit) I found that my gpu support Vulkan 1.1.126 is that to old ?

Thanks in advance.

Kepler cards can’t run vulkan on yuzu, they miss needed extensions and features as their drivers are discontinued.

that card is very old and nvidia stopped driver support for it a while ago. Additionally, vulkan is worse for pokemon games, especially on nvidia.

Thanks for the reply,

I understand that the lack of features and all but one thing is the driver are not discontinued i checked now and the nvidia website propose a driver from the 28 of February

Thanks for the reply,

Well i did not know that it was better to use opengl but i will keep that in mind
And same as for GoldenX86, nvidia support my gpu… Well at least for now

Quadro cards get support for professional programs, but no new features, sadly.
