You could start by explaining what your problem actually is. If we don’t know what problem you’re having, we won’t know how to help you.

how to explain it exactly ?

You’ve made a support topic. I assume you’ve made one because you require assistence with a problem. I need to know what that problem is.

As for how to explain it: Start with when you encountered the problem; what were you doing right before the problem occured. Then explain to us what the problem is.

Freezing problems mostly

When does the feezing problem occur?
When you launch the game? Or during an action in-game?

The second one occasionally but the compability looks okay that cannot understand maybe the pc i got its fault because i dont have pc but laptop

Then reboot your computer (Start -> Restart). Hopefully that fixes the random freezes.

Do you know if you have a discrete GPU like Nvidia? Some laptops with i5-1035G1 have GeForce MX130. You can check in Device Manager under Display adapters.

Intel i have as far i know is there a problem?

It would run better on Nvidia if you had one. This guy has the same CPU as you but also has MX130: https://community.citra-emu.org/t/drop-of-pfs-on-my-pokemon-x/361858 so perhaps you also would.

Hello again i notice that when i waw trying to save the game,the game lagged(pokemon x).Why is this happening,if it is the rom or smthing else?.I wiil be very pleased once more!

Upload a new log, make sure you try to save the game before closing Citra so it can be logged.
