In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.
The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:
Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart citra as that will wipe the log of important information!

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
If you’re still having issues after this, please try out this older Citra version:
Download citra-windows-mingw-20191214-ddb7ead.7z from https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-nightly/releases/tag/nightly-1392
Extract it using Winrar or 7zip. Put the extracted folder anywhere you want. Now run citra-qt.exe from the folder and run your game.
I’m afraid there might be little you could do about that.
you could try to disable V-Sync and New 3DS Mode but that’s about it as far as I can see. Your hardware is below the recommended for Citra.
Disable New 3DS Mode in Emulation>Configuration>System
Disable V-Sync in Emulation>Confiuration>Graphics>Advanced Tab (note, if you start experiencing screen tearing, turn thid back on).
