Diagnostic Log

Fill in the System Information template. also your log is incomplete, launch the game and when the issue occurs close citra, don’t open it again at this point, open the folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\citra\log and upload the citra_log.txt file again.

how do you get the GPU and CPU info

Press WinKey + R and type in dxdiag, press enter. on the first tab ‘System’ look for the field ‘Processor’, on the second tab ‘Display’ look for the fields ‘Name’ and ‘Manufacturer’.
