Follow the bot’s link above and redump the game from your 3DS. Make sure you gave 4GB free space left on your SD card so it won’t be corrupted.

By redumping it means like this, an example with a cartridge:

I give you the benefit if the doubt that you did not pirate the game which would be illegal.

no I did not pirate the game(dont know what that means) I dont know why it keeps saying fatal error I had just add the game then the first time I joined it it said Fatal error just your log for information or something and I am pc

It means downloading the game from the internet, that is illegal.

Verify that you have 4GB+ free space on your 3DS’s SD card before you attempt to dump the game again using godmode9 homebrew app on your hacked 3DS.

As the bot said, the rom is corrupted. You need to get a fresh copy of the game from your 3DS, see what I wrote above.
