When will Mac OSX recieve a fix for the hardware shader problem?

this has been bugging me for ages, i was really hyped when there were news of the new renderer, but then i discovered that it didnt work on mac and it was being fixed, is it still being worked on?

MacOS has deprecated OpenGL. Because of that we can’t do much from our side. So either they fix their drivers, or you need to change your Operating System.
Another option would be to add a Vulkan renderer but that would be a huge effort for the developers and no one is interested in that currently.
