Issue: I need to know where the downloaded system files from the latest Citra Canary version end up on Microsoft WIndows computers, because I’m trying to transfer those files from one computer to another. I have to do this, because the computer all of my data is on can’t seem to download the system files, and when I tried to on another computer, it worked.
Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Canary 2426
In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File
File>Open Citra Folder
, then the nand
folder is the one you’re looking for.
Which folder inside of the nand folder is the one where they go, though? Is it in the folder titled 00000000000000000000000000000000, in the data folder, or is it in both of them?
They go in both of them. But if you’re just referring to the system applets, they go into the long 0s folder.
What do you mean by system applets?
System applications. Such as Mii maker, Notes, Face Raiders, ect. Launchable apps that come with the 3DS system itself.
What folder would you put a decrypted 3ds game in if you wanted it to load into the sd slot when you would boot the home menu? Or is it even possible yet?
You’d have to dump as .cia and install it to Citra’s emulated nand folder.
