Why is everyone invisible except Paper Mario in Paper Jam?

Issue:
When i start Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam, i only see Paper Mario in the start screen, the others are invisible. i just see their shadows. After creating a new game, there should be Toad and Luigi, but nobody is there.

Emulation >> Configure >> Graphics >> Advanced >> ‘Accurate Multiplication’.

when i tried accurate multiplication my game frezze and dont work
