Why is it so slow on a alaptop like mine?!

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

Well for one, Ryzen 2000 laptop series is much slower than 4000 series and you only have Vega integrated graphics instead of having discrete Nvidia graphics.

You can boost performance if you dual boot Linux (e.g Ubuntu) because the drivers are more optimized there for OpenGL for Radeon.

Make sure you go to settings and set audio to Emulation: HLE (fast) then in Graphics set native resolution for fastest performance ingame or maybe run a resolution you feel best at, on top go to advanced tab then make sure you Enable VSync to aid with frame rates. If you change audio to something more demanding it will be worse for you.
