Why is my joystick/movement kinda delayed?

Idk if its just me but when I move around its kinda delayed but in the settings is pretty sharp its just when moving (Im talking about pokemon games btw) and it applies on all games? help

System Information

  • Operating System: Windows
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3500 6-Core Processor
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra Nightly 1753
  • Game: Pokemon X and Y and, Pokemon Omega Ruby Sapphire
  • Screenshot of Issue (include the full Citra window including titlebar): I cant really screenshot it ehe

You can try disabling Audio Stretching in Emulation>Configuration>Audio. That sometimes reduces input delay for some users. Optionally, changing the Audio output engine to SDL2 can also sometimes reduce this.
