In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

I found some issues in that log that need resolving:

  • Citra is currently utilizing open-source system files which may cause emulation to be less accurate, but not affect system stability.

Your drivers are outdated(they are from 2014). Update here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81499/Intel-HD-Graphics-4000

I got this error when installing the latest update: “Error: The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Obtain the appropriate driver from the computer’s manufacturer. Setup will exit.”

What is your laptop called? Should say on a sticker somewhere, usually underneath. Include model number.
For example I’m on a laptop called HP Pavilion Dm4-1160eo. There is also serial number but I think you get the gist.
