Why isnt you download link for Citra working?

Issue: You’re download link does not work.

I click your windows download link and it start to look like it is downloading but it doesn’t at all. Just saying network error. Which does not make any sense what so ever because I can can literally download anything else i want while stream music and watching a show at once. So i know my network is fine. Which makes me wondering if i can do download any other emulator while streaming music and a show at once why can’t i download citra? meaning i am not streaming music or a show nor downloading anything else when i try to download your emulator from your site. but after it say network error i can instantly start downloading anything else and stream whatever just fine. please fix you link or send me the file through email.

so a human reading this would understand that if i cant download citra i can do what your bot is asking which means my problem is going to be fixed by a robot. the problem is your link is not working for me.
