Would you like to exit now?

When I’m finished with playing, if I hit Command-Q to quit, a popup appears saying, “Would you like to exit now?”, with two buttons, “No” and “Yes”; the default highlighted button is “No”. Perhaps due to OS limitations I can’t tab to the ‘Yes’ button and quit via the keyboard, I have to manually move the mouse pointer over it and press for Citra to quit. It would be nice to have the option to either quit instantly or for “Yes” to be highlighted by default so a quick press on the keyboard ‘Return’ key will do the trick.

That option already exists. Go to Citra > Preferences > General and untick “confirm exit while emulation is running”.
