The game loaded up and was running well after hours of modifying the system, but after I tried to play it again, it crashed after a few minutes of playing and My laptop had heated up significantly.

There’s very little you are going to be able to do on that hardware sadly. Like literally the only thing I can think of besides upgrading hardware outright is to set a larger windows pagefile and not bother with accurate cpu accuracy.
Will it improve if I increase the ram since the game already runs ok, it just crashes.
most likely, I had the same problem playing Violet on my PC. You need 16GB RAM for it to run, I played it on my bf’s PC and it ran just fine. Not sure about the CPU though, on an i5 it runs nicely.
Ok, I’ll upgrade it later but for now I’ll be playing JoJo, thanks for giving me hope yet
I’ve managed to get it to run for much longer and it doesn’t close by itself now, I’m still testing to see how long it will last.
Now it’s running around 19 to 29 FPS at 1x resolution, after I updated Yuzu
