Stability with this game is an ongoing issue for some lesser end hardware. Please try without mods and set a larger windows pagefile How To Manage Virtual Memory (Pagefile) In Windows 10 | Tom's Hardware

I would also try purging the vulkan shader cache.

sometimes the game stop but the yuzu is still working and it says 0 fps at the bottom right

Unmapped read and writes at the end, that suggest that either a mod is not compatible, or one of the game files (base game, update, or DLC) is damaged.

No game was booted in your log. If you are experiencing a crash then do not open yuzu again until after you posted the log as it gets purged when you reopen yuzu.
