Yuzu, Pokemon Sword/shield and Pkhex possible save corruption

I have a question about yuzu and pkhex for pokemon sword and shield and about freezes on forced saves. It didn’t happen for me but i would like to know something. Could it be possible that the freeze on saves happens because pkhex generates or “corrupts” the save file differently if you make one then in the in game save?
And then if you try to save on NPCs or with wishing pieces and the game can’t overwrite it since pkhex corrupted the save file somehow? Can this save file be the cause for those freeze on save issues? Or is it really related to system file emulating?

Afaik it is a kernel - multicore issue not anything to do with your save files. PKHEX even tells you when things are illegal or invalid so you’d have put some effort in to break a save.
