Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

activating the option did not change anything

Try disabling the Disk Shader Cache in Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced Tab. If it still crashes afterwards, upload another log file.

still not working and it freezed even earlier than before

anyone to help me i really want to play this game

Try launching your game on a portable Citra build. This would rule out any issues with your regular Citra installation:

Go to Download Citra - Citra and select Manual download. Then under Nightly Build, click on your operating system’s icon to the right of the latest build available to download the build.
Extract it (.7z can be extracted using Winrar or 7zip) (.tar.gz can be extracted natively on MacOS) and put it where ever you wish. Inside the extracted mingw folder, create a folder called user. This Citra should now store all of its config, save files and such inside of this user folder.
Check to make sure that this user folder is in the same folder that contains citra-qt(.exe)
Now run the citra-qt executable found inside of the mingw folder.

still not working

The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder (Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close Citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart Citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.

The log file you uploaded is not from the portable build we set up. Please upload a log file using that build.

now it should work

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

At this point, I’d recommend redumping your game. Please refer to our game dumping guides:

Dumping Game Cartridges
Dumping Installed Titles

Make sure your GM9 is up to date and that you have enough free storage space available on your SD-Card to perform the dump.

but i’m not able to do that for two reasons :
1- my 3ds sd card is damaged and now stuck in read only
2- i lost my game

1- Buy a new SD-Card (Almost any SD-Card will do).
2- Find it or buy another one.
There isn’t much else to this.

Maybe you’ve been using savestate for a long time. Try saving and loading in game menu (not in emulator savestate), this is how I fixed it here
