In Zelda Ocarina of Time I got a cheat that enabled the full set of gear (all tunics). Before the fire temple you are supposed to receive the goron tunic, that cutscene is skipped and a door is therefore locked hard locking the game. I already deleted the cheat but the effects stay and I keep the goron tunic. Is there a way to somehow get rid of the effects of the cheat or somehow change my save file to delete the goron tunic from my inventory?

That’s not really something we can help with. This is unfortunately one of the risks of using cheat codes. Maybe someone made a save file editor for this game? If not, then I’m not sure what else could be done except starting over from the beginning.
